Refund policy

Returns within the EU

14-day return policy

to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. we also need your receipt or proof of purchase

to begin a return, contact us at info@kwynn.eu and we will respond to let you the return shipping address (this may or may not be in your local country)

if your return package meets the return criteria, we will inform you we have accepted it. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Returns outside the EU

at this time we are unable to offer free returns or accept return shipments sent with unpaid duties or taxes in case of non-EU returns. this means the cost of returning the goods must be covered by the customer. in this case we kindly ask the customer to track the return until its successful arrival at our warehouse

Exceptions / non-returnable items
unfortunately, we cannot accept returns unless it is within our timeframe, the return process has been followed, and overall the item is resell-able

Exchanges
the fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to make a return request and return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item

Refunds
we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved. if approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. please see our terms of service for the relevant cancellation policy

Damages and issues
please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
