as we set out to craft beautiful clothing the right way, we noticed a mismatch in the market. materials are often manufactured to suit brands under pressure to take the easiest, most inexpensive route. when we looked for exact, conscious materials, the supply just wasn’t there — not in sustainable quantities and not in optimal combinations.

that’s kwynn’s core: to set a new standard for what should be prolific. we want sustainability to become the best-supplied choice — by making it the first choice, the demanded choice. we work to surface this demand amongst our customers which will in turn persuade our peers. at kwynn we aim to incentivize all producers to start from the root, producing clean, traceable, timeless materials and apparel as their default, so it becomes every brand’s default and fashion becomes lighter on the world.
